Return & Exchange Policy

At Hijabeaze, we are committed to quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

This policy applies to UK online orders and is compliant with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

 1.⁠ ⁠Right to Cancel (UK Online Orders)
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, even if you change your mind.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email) within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

 2.⁠ ⁠How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@hijabeaze.com with:
•⁠  ⁠Full name and order number
•⁠  ⁠Item(s) to be returned
•⁠  ⁠Reason for return

Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

 3.⁠ ⁠Condition of Returned Items
All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be returned:
•⁠  ⁠Unworn, unused, and unwashed
•⁠  ⁠Free from perfume, makeup, stains, or odours
•⁠  ⁠With all original tags attached
•⁠  ⁠In original packaging
•⁠  ⁠In resaleable condition

Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or excessive handling may be refused or refunded with a deduction.

 4.⁠ ⁠Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if worn, opened, or unsealed unless faulty:
•⁠  ⁠Hijabs
•⁠  ⁠Inner caps
•⁠  ⁠Face-covering or skin-contact items

This does not affect statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

 5.⁠ ⁠Video Evidence (Optional but Recommended)
To help resolve disputes regarding item condition, customers are strongly encouraged to record:
•⁠  ⁠A short video when opening the parcel
•⁠  ⁠A short video showing the full item clearly before returning it

Providing video or photo evidence is not mandatory, but may help resolve issues faster. In the absence of evidence, our inspection findings will be considered final.

 6.⁠ ⁠Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund including standard delivery costs.

 7.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked service.

 8.⁠ ⁠Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and processed to the original payment method.

 9.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and items returned outside the allowed timeframe are non-returnable unless faulty.

10.⁠ ⁠Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to refuse future returns or orders where excessive or unreasonable return activity is identified.
