To place an order, you must be able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.

4) Intellectual property

All content on this Site (text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, videos, and software) is owned by or licensed to Hijabeaze and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5) Prohibited uses

You must not:

  • Use the Site unlawfully or fraudulently.

  • Upload viruses or attempt to interfere with Site security.

  • Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s rights.

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.

6) Orders and contract

  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy.

  • We accept your order when we email you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation (whichever your Shopify flow uses—choose one and keep it consistent).

  • We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken, we will refund it.

7) Pricing, VAT and payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

8) Delivery

Delivery options, costs, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control (couriers, customs, weather, etc.). If we cannot deliver to your location, we will notify you and refund any amounts paid.

9) UK right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. GOV.UK+1

To cancel:

Returns after cancellation

  • You must send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. GOV.UK+1

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise.

  • We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect them.

Refund timing

If you cancel under your 14-day right, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or earlier if you provide evidence you returned them). GOV.UK+1

Exceptions (when the 14-day cancellation may not apply)

The 14-day cancellation right can be limited for certain items, for example:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed

10) Faulty, damaged or not as described (Consumer Rights Act)

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help quickly.

11) Resale / bulk buying

We do not authorise purchases for resale without our written permission. We may limit or cancel quantities per order or per customer where we reasonably believe purchases are for resale.

12) Product information and colour accuracy

We try to display product colours and images accurately, but screen settings may affect appearance. Product availability and specifications may change.

13) User content (reviews, comments, messages)

If you submit content (reviews, comments, feedback), you confirm it is your own and does not violate third-party rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

14) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence,

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,

  • or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site.
